How it works
Open the program and give the ID and temporary password to VLB support only during the session. To end support, close the app or tap stop service.
Security
The executable is digitally signed by Milton Teixeira da Silva. Download it only from the official VirtualLifeBrasil website.
Simple step by step
- Download VLB Remote for Windows or Android.
- On Windows, run the installer and confirm the system permission.
- On Android, install it from Google Play and allow the permissions the app asks for.
- On Linux Ubuntu/Debian, download the .deb package and install it with apt.
- Open VLB-Suporte-Remoto.
- Send the ID and temporary password through the ticket or the official Telegram.
- When the session is over, close the app or tap stop service.
Android
For full support on your phone, enable screen capture and input control when Android asks.
Android may show strong scam warnings. This is normal for remote access apps. Use VLB Remote only when you have asked VirtualLifeBrasil for support.
Linux
Version for 64-bit Ubuntu, Debian and derivatives. On other distributions you may need to install equivalent dependencies manually.

How to end the session
When the session is over, close the VLB Remote app or tap stop service. This ends remote access for that session.
Don't resend an old password. For a new session, open VLB Remote and give the current temporary password.
Check the signature
Right-click the executable, choose Properties and open Digital Signatures.
The signer should appear as:
