In real life I am an engineer, and for almost two years I have been working with dedication on rebuilding Virtual Life Brasil.
My goal is to create a virtual world that is beautiful, stable, welcoming and full of possibilities. VLB is back now with new life, a new look and a deeply renewed system, while still compatible with OpenSim.
This is a project in progress. If you find any error, glitch or bug, please let me know. All help is welcome so I can fix and improve VLB more and more.

The VLB Manifesto
Some virtual worlds promise everything for free: land, a house, money in your hand. Sounds nice, doesn't it? But there is a price that isn't on the label — your freedom.
In those places they put something on your head that whispers “stay, or you disappear”. They give you a salary — but only as long as you don't leave. They give you a house — but if you stop serving their world, you lose everything. You take the money with one hand and give it back with the other, and in the end you never leave and nothing is ever yours. You work all day to pay for the farm that holds you.
History already has a name for this arrangement. And it is not a pretty one: slavery.
O Virtual Life Brasil was born on the other side of that coin. Here you pay a fair price, in Brazilian reais, and that's it — your land is yours, always online, no blackmail. You can even pay from your phone, without logging in to the world. No collar, no “salary” that shackles you, no fear of vanishing because you went to live your life out there.
◆ At VLB, freedom is the law ◆
Freedom that only counts while you stay… is not freedom.
“We, the citizens of Virtual Life Brasil, gathered by free will — and not by chains — establish this Constitution to ensure that in this world no one is a slave, and that the freedom of each is the law of all.”
Every person enters, stays in and leaves VLB of their own free will. No one is forced to stay. Here there is no collar, no ball on your head, no threat of “disappearing”. Freedom is non-negotiable.
Your land is yours. You pay a fair price, in reais, and that's it: always online, with no blackmail and no servitude. What you build is yours.
Whoever wants to leave takes everything with them: the island as an OAR and the inventory as an IAR, downloaded to their own computer, free to go to any other world without a single lock. The door that lets you in is the same one that lets you out.
Any form of virtual slavery is strictly forbidden. No resident will be forced to stay logged in to survive, nor have their real life consumed in exchange for a virtual roof. Real life always comes first.
VLB charges transparently, with no tricks. You pay in reais, even from your phone, without logging in. A fair price is paid gladly; an unfair price is not charged.
VLB does not steal ideas, spy on or persecute other worlds. It defends itself through honest work and never attacks anyone. Greatness is not built by tearing down the neighbor.
Every citizen — and every creature that lives or serves here, human or artificial — deserves respect and dignity. At VLB, no one is an object.
Only what harms someone else's freedom is forbidden. Beyond that, at VLB forbidding is forbidden.
